as per the majority vote during the September 2024 Election Day please find below the new membership dues effective June 1st, 2025.

Annual Fees (As of June 1st, 2025)

The billing period covers 6/1 – 5/31 each year.

Dues to be paid by no later than May 31st of each year. Boat slip holder dues are to be paid by March 30th of each year.

*(Note: Senior Rate -If you are 63 as of January 1st you qualify for the senior rate. Please send proof of birth date if you are currently not being billed at the senior rate. ** Board Members rates are for elected board members during their active term only.)
