Beaumont’s Seven Harbors White & Duck Lake Association’s purpose is the maintenance of our private roads, bridges, boat launches, out-lots and beaches. These roads and areas are our responsibility , and as a member, you have access to the Association’s private roads, bridges, boat launches, out-lots and beaches on White and Duck Lakes.

Dues Summary

Dues cover general maintenance of out-lots, snow plowing of private roads, bridge repairs, boat launch, road maintenance, beach maintenance, insurance and other general expenditures of the Association. Dues are billed by Sidwell Number per the By-Laws every January and come due each year on June 1st.

Annual Fees

The billing period covers 6/1 – 5/31 each year.

$ 125.00 Board Members (**active)
$ 85.00 Board Member Senior rate* (**active)

*(Note: Senior Rate -If you are 63 as of January 1st you qualify for the senior rate. Please send proof of birth date if you are currently not being billed at the senior rate. ** Board Members rates are for elected board members during their active term only.)
