Board Members Responsibilities

Our Roles & Responsibilities

President – To lead the association as the chief elected officer

Vice President – Assume responsibilities of the president in his or her absence

2nd Vice President – Assume responsibilities of the president or vice president in his or her absence

Treasurer – Member of the Executive Board Responsible for all budget, finance and account matters

Secretary – Member of the Executive Board to maintain effective records and administration of all HOA matters.

Trustees – Members of the Board to assist in carrying out the responsibilities of the board.
