Community Living

Beaumont’s Seven Harbors White and Duck Lake Association is more then a neighborhood – it is a community based on friendships, families, annual events, shared goals and teamwork and lots of fun.

There are many benefits to living in this community, including planned events and impromptu gatherings as well as our beautiful White and Duck Lake access.

Living in our community has many benefits like lake access to both Duck Lake and White Lake all season long, There are so many water activities available for you to enjoy! Whether you explore hidden coves and canals in a kayak or go paddle boarding with a friend, this promotes heart healthy cardiac activity. Taking walks in the neighborhood is not only a fantastic way to get a cardio workout but it’s a great way to meet new neighbors and see what’s happening in the neighborhood!

We work together to create annual events such as the Fourth of July Bike Parade, Neighborhood Picnic and the Seven Harbors/Wine Basket Golf Outing. Families, friends and neighbors come together and make plans, or gather impromptu, for food truck parties, ice-skating, bonfire gatherings, and other events.

Our Central Park is a wide-open area under development in the center of the neighborhood. Community beaches are opened every spring for summer fun, boat launches and beaches on both lakes are available for all members. “Out lots” situated throughout the neighborhood offer lake access all year long for all.

Get involved, bring your ideas for more events, meet your neighbors!

Also visit our Event Calendar and find out whats ging on in our great community.

We look forward to seeing all of you out and about in our neighborhood. Please always stay safe and stay healthy!
