We all want to enjoy living in our community
Beaumont’s Seven Harbors White and Duck Lake is a community with many amenities and with over 400 families living here with their children and teenagers enjoying our great style of living. To ensure we all can enjoy our way of living in a safe and healthy way, we all are responsible to keep our community clean and safe for our families, children, grandchildren and friends. Please, also share these guidelines with your visitors as well when they come and visit you to have a good time together.
See something, Say something!! Talk to people, help them understand, explain the why and make them aware of how we all are responsible for our community. Please also check our Emergency Contacts list if needed.
For any immediate life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
Speeding Kills People and puts all of us at danger
Please always drive slowly and be aware of your surrounding at all times. Our roads are very narrow and we have many pedestrians, walkers and children on our streets at all times. Do not underestimate the danger anyone that is not following the speed limits or not paying attention can cause.
All privately owned roads within the Beaumont’s Seven Harbors White and Duck Lake Association have a maximum speed limit of 15mph at all times. Only Beamount Dr. coming from Duck Lake Road up to E Clarice Avenue is a county public road and currently has a maximum speed limit of 25mph. Please remember this is the maximum speed and not to be exceeded at any time.
Make sure you explain to everyone that street safety is important. Talk to your kids and neighbors to help all of us to stay safe on our roads. This also includes the use of Golf Carts, SideBySides, Scooters, Motorcycles and any other means of transportation.
Parking and Blocking our Streets
Parking space is always a challenge. We have family, friends and visitors coming to our community and sometimes we struggle to find the enough parking spaces for all of them.
- Please make sure that we only park on on side of the road
- Never block the street and ensure there is enough space for Emergency Vehicles to pass through at all times.
- Imagine you are the one that needs help and emergency vehicles can not reach your house because of parked vehicles Blocking the streets.
- Talk to people when you see it.
- Inform your guests and visitors about our rules and common sense.
- Ensure, if you own a mobile home that you are not blocking the street.
- Use your own driveway to park your vehicles.
In case there is any immediate danger and you are not able to reach out to the to the vehicle or property owner we can arrange for the removal of the vehicle with our towing company. Please go to our Emergency Contacts page and contact the respective department or board member.
Lake & Beach Safety:
Living on a lake and having access to the fun of a good life comes with responsibilities. White Lake is a public lake and it can get pretty busy at times. Not everyone is as experienced as you are and even though we have our great Sheriff’s Department helping us to stay safe, we need to be vigilant and always be prepared for the inexperience of other watercraft drivers. Don’t count on the other person to do the right thing. Anticipate the unexpected and be always prepared to make the right choice.
Below are some useful guidelines and rules that will help us to keep our lakes safe and allow all of us to enjoy this great privilege of being on the lake.

Protect our Properties
Our properties, houses, outlots and utilities and parks are ours and are there for our community. Unfortunately, not everyone has the same respect of the value of someone’s property and we have experienced in the past that some people are vandalizing and destroying what is dear and close to our hearts. See something, Say something. We need to watch out for each other to protect our investments and a safe and secure environment for our community. If you become aware of such a situation, please be concerned about your own safety first. Do not engage in any argument and never put yourself in harm’s way. If you feel able, talk to the people and help them to understand their wrong doing.
Contact the right person listed on our Emergency Contacts list to ensure we can protect our properties and investments together.
Clean Environment & Properties
We all are living on the same community and we all want to have a beautiful and clean neighborhood. This is everyone’s responsibility. Keep your yards, properties and neighborhood clean. If you see clutter or trash laying around, pick it up or make the homeowner aware of it.
It is easy and simple and if we all support and help together it becomes a small effort to keep our neighborhood the cleanest place you can imagine.
Clutter and waste are also creating opportunities for all sorts of creatures (e.g., animals, bugs, insects) to come to our houses and properties. This can cause infestation, damage to our homes and even negatively impact our health and well-being. We cannot and should not allow for this to happen. Let’s take care of our hood and all take responsibility.
