Remove all mention of Liens in Bylaws (Article IX Section 4 removed entirely\,\nSection 5 modified\, Section 6\, Article XI Section 2).\n2. Remove first two sentences of Bylaws Article VII\, Section 3 “Each member shall be\nentitled to one vote. Husband and wife owning by the entireties shall each be entitled\nto one vote. ” Voting entitlement is described in 7harbors Constitution article 4 section\n3\, which was voted on July 18 2019”.\n3. Add statement to Article VII\, Section 3 of Bylaws\, stating the limit number of proxies\n(either 1 or 5\, depending on outcome of voting option 4) that may be carried in to the\nvoting meeting by a single member.\n6. Add sentence to Article VII\, Section 3 of Bylaws\, stating “Refer to Article 4 section 3\nof the Seven Harbors Constitution for voting entitlement”.\n7. Remove wording regarding 25% annual dues penalty from Article 9 Section 5 of the\nBylaws and Article 3 section 2 of the Constitution.\n8. Remove reference of Membership cards from Article XI Section 1 of the Bylaws.\n9. Remove this sentence “No poultry\, cattle\, horses\, fowl\, or swine shall be kept within\nthe Association as pets or for livestock purposes. ” from Article XIV Section 1 of the\nBylaws\, and replace with the words “follow Highland township code of ordinance.”\n10. Article 4 section 1 of the Constitution\, change wording from “Only paid-up members shall have a vote. Members who have not paid their maintenance fees\, special\nassessments or penalties up to date may not have a voice and may not have a vote.”\nReplace with original verbiage: “Members who have not paid their dues up to date\nmay have a voice but no vote.”\n11. Article 4 section 4 of the Constitution\, change the limit of non-emergency expenses the Board can approve from $2500 to $10\,000
